How to switch from 2.4 to 5 GHz on c6900
My hearing aid manufacturer (WIDEX) thinks wifi at 2.4 GHz may be interfering with connecting hearing aids. How do I check this setting and change to 5 GHz if appropriate? Instructions?

You'd need to contact the mfr for this device for help and information regarding there product.
On the C6900, Smart Connect maybe in use, which combines 2.4 and 5ghz in to one SSID. You can disable this on the modems web page using a web browser and separate the SSID names so you can see either SSID name for ease of use.

Try going into the router and changing what channel the 2.4ghz is broadcasting on for the 2.4ghz. Maybe it does have some interference but changing channels should help if thats the case.
