I’m having issues with my Verizon wireless hub and my R8000

  •    Perhaps you could describe these "issues" for the non-psychics in
    your audience, who have no idea what you're talking about (or, more
    accurately, _not_ talking about).  "having issues" is not a useful
    problem description.  It does not say what you did.  It does not say
    what happened when you did it.  As usual, showing actual actions with
    their actual results (error messages, ...) can be more helpful than
    vague descriptions or interpretations.

       "my Verizon wireless hub" is not a very detailed description of
    anything.  The firmware version of your "R8000" might also be
    interesting.
