I have a simillar problem on cax 30 with latest firmaware. I cannot login routerlogin.net. When after attempting hundreds of login attempts I can get in. Once i get in if i try to make some changes, ...
Page 26 of the CAX30 User Manual is pretty specific about how to log into the device:

(I admit to being a bit surprised that the User Manual does not mention routerlogin.net.)
Have you tried following the directions in the User Manual?
