I seen alot of issues I'm having with CM1100 and RCN

I seen alot of issues I'm having with CM1100 and RCN (Now Astound).  My firmware is V7.01.01, currently available is 10.01.07.  I asked them to update, they say they don't have the ability to update it, and I need to contact Netgear.  We all know its the ISP that needs to request the firmware from Netgear and then update the customers that have.  They tell me that maybe they haven't updated it since it's maybe not stable.  I told them hu? You mean to tell me in 3 versions (not including subversions) that there isn't a stable one since that?  That's just one problem in nutshell.  They have no clue what bonded channels are, even supervisors in tech support for internet related help.  For some reason, 21-32 down is locked, and 4-8 up are locked.  I tried changing start frequency to see if maybe it was provisioned that high to force only 1-20 channels to bond.  Everytime I change the frequency, it changes it back to 579 mhz.

I put all images in 1 picture, didn't know could only post 1 pic per post.  Hopefully can see and read everything.
