I plugged everything in, downloaded app., connected on my phone and it still tells me I have no internet connection, don't know if issue is with cable or Orbi but my Motorola wifi works with no issue....
I hooked up my Orbi to my modem and downloaded the app on my iPhone per the instructions. The set up appeared to go well and I showed the connection in my wifi but when I tried to access the internet I was told there was no connection. It's model AC2200 and there's no need to reply like I'm an idiot cause I'm not

Not an actual model number. Look at the product label.

Perhaps, but evidence is sparse. For example, you didn't find the
Orbi forum, where you might get better answers sooner:
