Internet disconnects every day at 11:53AM and 11:53PM. Netgear C7800

We've had the Spectrum technicians come out twice so far. They noticed signal issues on their end, and did "integrity" tests or whatever after entirely replacing the lines outside. Everything was green on their end. I started going through the Admin logs in Netgear. I wanted to see if logs would show weird stuff going on before the internet drop but I noticed something else... The internet was indeed dropping out at 11:53PM and again at 11:53AM almost everyday. On the dot. I googled for a long time, one of the things I checked was the DHCP lease? Did something in the command prompt to see the lease time, nothing matched up with the 11:53PM/11:53AM disconnects. Wondering if anyone has any idea what this might be. 2 Spectrum techs don't know what the issue might be either.
