Internet down and DS/US light is flashing.

Good afternoon, as the title of the topic states, my internet is currently down and there is a flashing downstream/upstream light. I already checked around on the forums for an answer but none of the topics seemed to be related to my issue. I've called my ISP and they said that our internet bill is up to date and we should have connection. I've had this modem for a little over 2 weeks now and this is the first I've had this issue. I can technically connect to the modem but I am not getting any internet to any device (hardlined or wifi). If anyone could give me some insight on what can be done to fix it that would be awesome.

    Are you seeing timeouts in the logs at all?
