Internet Keeps Dropping CM700

Over the last week or so my internet connection has been repeatedly dropping. My setup has a cable modem that is directly connected to a WiFi router. Most of the devices on my network are connected via ethernet. The connection to the internet will drop, yet all connected devices will still show as connected to the actual network whether wired or wireless, so I don't believe my router is playing any part in the issue. Looking at my modem's logs, I repeatedly see the below events happening. I have no idea what they mean or what the problem could be. Any ides on what the problem is and/or how to fix it? I've attached my downstream channel configuration in case that could play a role.

Firmware Version V1.02.02

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality up to the modem.

Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in between the modem and ISP service box.

Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.

I was hoping to not deal with ISP since most of them are morons and they'll try to charge me money for coming out, but I guess I might have to.

It seems odd to me that there could be a signal issue. It works fine most of the time and I get well over my promised speeds.

They need to check the lines. IT's there line and responsibility to manage and ensure the signal is good UP to the modem.
