Internet problem AC1200 C6220 after idle for few hours

Hello, on Lan network but differ from Com, Infin and others titled. After a few hours, the internet stags and the internet button does this static blinking and I have no internet access until i turn off/on then resumes internet for a few more hours before it stags again. Key points of interest are: Happens constantly after a few hours, I purchase this after having constant issues with the Hitron cable modem/router the Lan company gave us. I was fed up. Firmware appears out of date but netgear insists that there is no firmware to be updated. I do notice that when it is in its hibernation mode or whatever it does. Ive noticed that when i unplug the coax cable I have absolutely no internet until I replug back in the modem then Im back to this paradox until I turn off/on the modem and resolve to full internet. I do live in an a apartment with quite a few routers in the air.

Do you think its a Lan issue with the router unacceptable after the Lan guy rep was quite bitter that we purchase this? They couldnt "monitor" our router and use remote to fix. Was his answer for reasoning. Is it the firmware? Ive just notice instantly that this wonderful purchase is far more better than the Hitron they gave us. 200 dl speed, almost 5 up and my Latency went from 52-62 to 37-40. I stream often and for once I look good doing it. *joke*  I do not want to give up and return this product when it works beyond what I could imagine. Any feedback is always appreciated. thanks in advance!!

do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?

that helps us check the connect back to the isp.

The screen snip of the cable connections page doesn't show. You must have attached it as a photo. Moderators have to approve photos. You can click on "choose file" and attach it that route
