ISP says Netgear refuses to supply with FW updates
Just spoke with my ISP, Atlantic Broadband, and was told they are denied the firmware updates when requested. I have 2 of these modems and need both updated. I have no other options for ISPs. How do I get the current firmware?

You will have to have someone at your ISP fill out this to request the firmware.
