Just purchased model CG3000DV2. Internet working on my computer, but I cannot connect more devices
My compputer is working with the modem/router and I have internet access. Cannot connect cell phone, Amazon Fire tablet and Echo Dot. Keep getting "authentication error" message on each device.
I have a Netgear N450/CT3000Dv2. This happens to me all the time. Every time my devices won't connect, I have to restart the router by putting the end of a paperclip into that tiny hole in the back. Once it reboots, I go back in and re-change my username and passcode. This is very frustrating, and the router is great outside of this. HTH.
