Lan compatibility
Do i need to be concerned about CAT 5 a and b, or CAT 6 compatibility between my CG4500 and my motorola 7550? I want to connect them via a LAN CAT5 cable from one end of my home to the other.

I don't know what "CAT 5 a and b" means to you, or what either of
those (non-?) model numbers might signify, but either Cat5e or Cat6
should work for gigabit (1000Mb/s) Ethernet (for up to 100m).
