Live Streaming

Recently my tvpad 4 a streaming device unable to connect to the Internet through netgear modem either wifi and wired.  There was no problem in the last few weeks .  

 

I have no problem connect wifi other wifi device.

 

Any help on this is appreciated

    Hello Kenchow

     

    Have you tried to enter the Ip address in manually on the streaming device it may not be able to get a Ip address from the router.
