Looks like the cable modem side of my CAX30 router died. Any suggestions?
3 year old CAX30 router.
Cable connection does not work. After warm and cold reboots, after going into the Cable Connection tab on the left menu,
I get Status: Bad
3) If after the cable modem initializes you still see this message, contact Netgear support.
Xfinity DVR STB is working fine. The rest of the router is working fine. WiFI works, I can see the rest of my network, etc.
Any ideas? Time to replace? Going separate cable modem and router this time.
