With no exposed WAN/Internet port, it's not much use as a normal

Thanks! I'll give that a try when I can (over the weekend). That's along the lines of what I was trying last night, but not being super-familiar with the NetGear "gear", I was mostly just snooping. I'll report back after I give it a whirl ...
