Model AX2700 DOCSIS 3.1

Question

Our 2 year old&nbsp;AX2700 DOCSIS 3.1 is on a Xfinity in house network and it is now identified by Xfinity as incompatible with their network.&nbsp; It's super slow providing less that 1/4 of the expected download speed.&nbsp; We've updated the firmware, unplugged everything and re-booted several time.&nbsp; No help.&nbsp; Anyone have good performance with the&nbsp;AX2700 DOCSIS 3.1 on Xfinity?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We've had Xfinity out and the tech said they no longer support this model and the appropriate speed is being delivered to the Netgear.&nbsp; &nbsp;Any suggestions would be appreciated.&nbsp;&nbsp;

1. What device do you have? AX2700 is a speed, not a model. Maybe the CAX30?
2. what speeds do you pay for?&nbsp;
3. what speeds do you get wired?&nbsp;
4. Got a copy of the cable connections page and event logs?&nbsp;

2 thing's. 1. Copy paste is stupid hard to read. A screensnip is much better. 2. How are you testing wired speeds? Website? Device? App? What device? The more you tell, the better we can help
