Model R6100 type of encryption does it use?

Setting up new Tivo-- needs to know type of encryption it uses. AC1200

    The R6100 support these wireless security modes:

    • None
    • WPA-PSK [TKIP]
    • WPA2-PSK [AES]
    • WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES]
    • WPA/WPA2 Enterprise

    You will have to log into your router and go to BASIC > Wireless to see which mode your router is using.  WPA2-PSK [AES] is recommended because it is the strongest.  Use WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES] if you have devices that don't support WPA2-PSK [AES].
