Modem Constantly Reboots. No Internet
I was using my computer and suddenly everything stopped responding. My modem was still online and showed no status errors. After about 2 minutes it rebooted itself. It will load for about 30 seconds then the download indicator light will slowly blink green for 2 minutes before it reboots and continues the process forever. I have followed the 7 second factory reset method. That didn’t work. I disconnected from all cables and power and pressed the power button to flush any corruption on the device. It is still not working. Is there a trouble shooting issue I’m missing or did the device just kill itself? I have only had it for ~6 months and it has worked perfectly until now.

- Disregard. After unplugging and letting the device sit for a half hour without any interaction. It booted properly. It appears that my ISP May of had an issue temporarily that somehow my network did not receive internet while my neighbors using the same ISP were able to receive internet.
There a NG modem model # for reference?
