Modem Router Combo C6300 v2 only connect to guest network

I have the modem router combo C6300V2. This morning my main network disappeared. I can still log in to the guest network. I cannot login to the router or the app. I have restarted the router, computer, app, cleared my cache on everything. I also reset the modem and still nothing. Ideas?

    Power OFF the modem. Disconnect the ISP coax line. Power ON the modem. After it seems to start up, press the reset button in back for 10 seconds then release. 

    Check the front LEDs for wifi enabling and see if default SSID is present. 

    Set up the modem from scratch using a wired PC and web browser. 
    Re-connect the ISP cable coax line.

    You reset the modem or rebooted it? Many reboot thinking it resets it. 

    Try a factory reset by pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. 

    then reinstall it.
