Moving CM600 from Spectrum to XFinity

I have a CM600, currently set up for Spectrum. I'm moving to another state, where I'll be using XFinity.

 

Should I do a factory reset before attempting to activate with the XFinity? Or just follow the normal activation procedure?

    Yes. You might have the current ISP disassociate it from there system. Factory reset and then contact the new ISP to have them associate it with there system.
