    Welcome to the community!

     

    Does that mean you don't get lights on the other ports? If you don't get LED lights and you have a computer plugged into it, it's a faulty hardware. Just to be sure, you can loop the cable by connecting one end to another available port. If you still don't get lights, it's time to replace the unit.
