my firestick will not connect to netgear C3000

I have a Netgear wyfi and have used my firestick with it without issues. I just bought a second firestick and a new TV. So, I now have 2 TVs and 2 Firesticks. When I try to connect the second Firestick to the new TV it will not connect to Netgear !! This new TV will be used in another room. I have put in my password for Netgear, but keep getting a "failure to connect" message. I have tried at least 10 times to connect. Help! thanks Dail

    Have you tried to disconnect the first firestick when setting up the seconds on could be a strange issue with the first one being connected.

      Hi Darren, I finally was able to talke with a Netgear it person and after 1&1/2 hours it is working fine.  Thank you for your reply
