My router wont let my camera (wired)

Question

Having trouble connecting my cameras to my pc and ipad.

They show up on, items not currently connected to the internet, but but will not connect. I put them om on a permanent address, but on my dvr, it shows a different address. i can change it to the one I gave it, but still wont connect!

any help would be appreciated!

3. what modem/gateway is it connected to?&nbsp;
4. what camera system (brand and model) are you using?&nbsp;

I have ....1) RAX10 AX10002) V1.0.5.1083) wired4) hiseeu ADVR8the biggest problem i can connect then i cant.I am using avg vpn&nbsp;&nbsp;

&nbsp;I got into my VPN to allow my cameras and yes it does work, butfor a short period like maybe 12 hours that im guessing.My modem is netgear model CM1000v2
