N600-C3700 ethernet does not work WIFI does

My ehternet conenciton suddenly stopped working. i am still able to access internet using the WIFI but using a LAN cable. it used to work before. i have already tried power cycle twice without success.

    Try swapping LAN ports.

    Try swapping LAN cables.

    Happens with all wired devices? 

    Try a factory reset and setup from scratch...

      thanks. 

      couple good things i havent tried yet. 

       

      i only have one device conneted via LAN.
