N600 C3700 flashing 3 lights

My router does this every time we lose power. The routers power light is green and the three lights under the power light continually flash in unison. In the past the problem corrects itself after a few hours. It has been doing this for over 24 hours now.

Note: the router does not show up on any devices to try to connect and trouble shoot.

So you can't connect to the modems web page with a wired PC connected to the back?

If you can, Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Possible power adapter maybe going bad. Might try a new adapter that has same power volts and amps...

Unfortunately I do not have a pc with an Ethernet port… I did call Comcast and they said the signal is good but they are unable to communicate with the router/modem. I have checked in the past for any splitters and eliminated one. I’ve tried unplugging for a while and tried power off and on with no results. Thanks for the advise! If you have any other ideas I’m all ears!

They make these USB to ethernet adapters that help connect those PCs or laptops with out ethernet ports to connect to wired devices. I recommend if you can get one of these, would be helpful.

And after doing a reset on the modem, the default wifi SSID name seen on the modems sticker is not seen on a laptop or wireless device?
