I am having the exact same problem with my N600. I have tried everything to correct and nothing has worked. Initially the slow communication speed was only the 2.4 ghz network, but now it has progressed to the 5ghz network. Chronically dropping down as low 2mbps on either channel.
Hopefully someone responds to help us both.
