I just purchased this Wifi Router. I am incredibly dissappointed with Netgear. I can't obtain any speed higher than 45Mbps, even after attempting all the adjustments listed in these threads. I still have my rental modem/router from Comcast. I plugged their's back in to see if this was a connectivity issue, but it's not. I get close to 90Mbps speeds on the Comcast modem/wifi router.

Netgear/Darren, do you have any suggestions?

I would suggest contacting Netgear support so they can troubleshoot and work with you more to see if its a issue with the modem.
