N600 Wifi Cable Modem Router

I have had the above router since April, and we currently use a wireless printer, 3 smartphones, and two laptops on this network and there are 3 people in the household (myself, and my 2 daughters).  One of my daughters has not been able to connect to the network on her smartphone for several weeks now, and we just went over our phone data for the first time because she isn't able to use the wifi when she's at home.  Up until a few weeks ago, there hadn't been an issue.  What is happening for her is that it no longer automatically logs her into the network. She then tries to go into settings and manually access the network, however, it either tells her, "unable to join network," or "incorrect password," which it is not.  Her phone is the only device in this home (including visitors that use the network when they are here) that is no longer working.  What could be the issue?

    Hello jy66

Have you tried in the phone settings to tell the phone to forget the network and any network that has the same name then try to connect again.

      Hi Darren,

Yes, we did that already. Unfortunately, it was not successful.  The router is working for every other device in our home, as well as visitors that come by, so not sure why this became an issue for one device here after it had been working just fine since the installation last spring. With that said, it can't be a router issue, since it just appears to be one device.  I even have the Netgear app, which shows what devices are connected, etc.  I checked to see if the device became blocked for some reason, but that is not the case either. I am truly puzzled!!
