N600

We have had to reboot our Router/Modem more frequently over the past couple of months (purchased May 2015).  We have not had any WiFi ove the past two days... even after rebooting... but all the normal lights are on.  We are doing factory reset but the set up instructions are not in our box... I guess we lost them.  After looking on NetGear's website, I'm not too sure we have the correct setup instructions because they are different from what I remember.  The headache I've developed while searching the website is almost gone and I'm ready to tackle the setup.  Before I attempt to do this from memory is there anyone whose has the set up instructions for the N600 CAble Modem Router; 802.11n Dual Band Gigabit; Model 3 C3700???

  • CORRECTION:  Not Model 3 C3700... it's Model # C3700

      Hello gfin

       

      have you checked with your ISP sometimes if the coding on your account is wrong it can disable wifi on the router.
