N600/C3700 - Modem/Router - Wont go into Router Mode
My n600 c3700 modem/router stays in bridge mode only. When i go into the netgear genie, using the standard ip 192.168.100.1 I'm giving very limited options... One under advanced in router mode, and its off... When i attempt to turn it on the genie tells the modem to reset and go into router mode but something happens during/after reboot because it will remain in router mode off (bridge mode) only... Im curious to your solution to my problem

Have you tried to unplug the cable cord from the modem before doing this they after the reboot connect the cable cord again.

Yeahup I've tried on and off, rebooting the modem, factory reseting it through the genie and on the modem... nothing, it will not go into router mode
It could be a issue on the ISP side if they have the coding wrong for the modem it could have it locked as only a modem.
