Need to open my Nat type from 3 to 2

Hi,

 

I am having issues playing Fifa 19 & NHL 19 online on my PS4. I recently purchased a N300 WIFI Cable Modem Router. The model is C3000. Once I connected to the internet because my Nat Type is type 3. So my games are really laggy. I am connecting through wireless. When I am using an etheret, it didn't notice any connectivity issues.

 

Does anyone know how to open this up to Nat Type 2?
