Where do I go or what do I do to update my router and modem.

    All cable modems firmware is update automatically via your ISP.

    DarrenM, my ISP told me they have done everything possible on their end and to them, it looked like my ISP sent a download to my modem but my modem isn't accepting it fully or taking it correctly because my download light is constantly blinking. Any help here? Same box.
