Netgear C3700 Modem/Router

I'm currently having an issue with the two Iphones on my C3700 Wireless/Cable router/modem. Under the attached devices the IP is showing up as 123.9.33.0. This is a Network address out of China. Does anyone know of this issue and how to fix it?

    Have you tried to assign a static Ip to those phones?

      I did. I’ve done everything. I’m getting an Arris next weekend. Until then I’m keeping my Iphones off WiFi. I’ve dealt with their III at Apple and got absolutely nowhere with Netgear nor my ISP. There is no reason the WiFi should change my phones IP on the router to 123.9.33.0. Thanks for asking though.
