Netgear C6300 - Wireless Guest Network only giving 169 address

I love my new Netgear C6300 Cable Modem/Router combo.  I had it setup in no time and everything works great except the guest network.  For some reason everything that I've tried to connect to the guest network cannot access the internet.  When I check the network settings of any connected device it shows a 169 address which I know indicates that the router is not giving out an IP address.  The subnet is normal but the gateway and dns settings are blank.  I've tried using 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.  I've tried different channels and different security settings.  I've also tried the guest network without security all together and it still does the same thing.  The wired network and the internal wireless network work perfectly!  The only issue is with the guest network.  Any ideas?
