Netgear C7000-100NAS losing 5GHz
Hi,
My C7000-100NAS keeps losing the 5GHz and I am forced to restart it to get it back, then within an hour it disappears again.
I logged in through the 2.4GHz to see what is going on and I saw that the 5Ghz section that I used to see is completely hidden, it doesn’t exist at all. Of course if I restart the device I can see this section again.
I am on the latest firmware update 1.01.15 and I have done factory reset several times.

You might want to contact your ISP have them try to do some reset to make sure the boot file is correct on the modem could be causing some issues but if they check and everything looks good I suggest contacting netgear support if the modem is under warranty.
