Netgear C7000 ReadyShare is saying "No Disk"

I have used a Readyshare drive on my NG router a few times in the past but now I cannot get past the "No Disk" error when I try to set up the drive.

Using FW V1.01.32 (Spectrum).

Have tried to use several drives even USB sticks but nothing works!

Any insight would be appreciated.
