Netgear c7100v - Netbonding For Synology 416Play

I have a Netgear C7100V Router along with a Synology 416Play.

 

I"m trying to take advantage of the dual Lan ports and have been told that I need to bond two of the ports (link aggregation) for this to work.

 

I can't figrue out where this feature is -  this guy seems to have done it with a different router, but the options don't exist on mine.

So, is this not an option for me?  I don't want to get a new Router (I need the voice capabiltiy).
