Netgear C7100V Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router - password
Needing help from the community.
I have a older C7100V. I need to change the SSID from the default. I tried to log into the router (192.168.0.1) and provided my serial number.
But asks for 2 security questions. I tried what I could to meet the security question. But security is tough. I have my router and serial number.
How do I reset the password without knowing the router security. Is there a way to reset? Help.

Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 10 seconds then let go. Then log in to routerlogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
