This is a known issue with the FW on this unit I suggest contacting support for a RMA to resolved the issue with the CM1000.

I spent another hour on the phone with a supervisor in tier 2 support two evenings ago. He finally admitted it sounds like an issue on their end and they areally working on updates to stabilize the connectivity. I still don't understand why 4 weeks ago when I hooked the first one up it provisioned right away and worked flawlessly for 2 weeks, then all of a sudden went offline and wouldn't work. The replacement won't come online at all even with the 20 different things they had me try. He is supposed to call me back the 15th with some type of update, even if it means telling me he doesn't have any more info. He did tell me there is only 1 modem with DOCSIS 3.1 that they currently support and I dont remember the name of it but it wasn't Netgear.
