Netgear CM1000 Correct Power Levels

Please could you provide feedback on how to know if the signals I have on my modem (Netgear CM1000) are OK or not, and some education to know what ranges or values should I be looking for, thanks

    Here is the Speedtest result, I have 60M contracted with Xfinity

      the down stream should be from -7 to 7 and the upstream should be between 38-48.
