Netgear CM500V Cable Modem - Can't find it anywhere

Hi - I'm trying to purcahse the&nbsp;Netgear CM500V (16x4) DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem with Telephone Jack which is certified for Xfinity from Comcast.&nbsp; It's out of stock with no option to order on Amazon, Best Buy and PC Richards.&nbsp; Does anyone know where I can find this item for purchase?&nbsp; Or is there another model that can handle wifi and phone?&nbsp; Please let me know.&nbsp;Thank you in advance, D
