netgear genie does not save my settings

i log into netgear genie and modify the settings i want for each device connected to my network. however, it will not keep these settings. what is going on? how do i fix this?

    Have you tried to uninstall genie and download the latest and reinstall?

      i downloaded the newest version BEFORE i asked for help. i am very frustrated with all of this. netgear genie does not save my settings such as when i block a device from my network. and then sometimes it won't even give me the option to block the devices after i have blocked them and they somehow majically become unblocked. if i can not resolve these issues, then i will find another router from a different company that will not cause me such problems.

      is there any solution to this issue I am also having the same problems and it has been well over a week that the OP has posted his issue with 0 response.
