NETGEAR N300 (8x4) WiFi DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem Router (C3000)

NETGEAR N300  all in one WiFi DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem Router (C3000), i have had issues with this i just bought it at Walmart and i keep getting error messages will not connect all the time to the internet , but the wifi on my phone and Ipad works , but my PC does not and it is not on a splinter I spent over 1 hr on the phone last night with Negear we did the factor reset button it was fine last night and now it is back to the same issue any suggestions..? should i bring it back to the store and get them separatly ?

    When the internet is not working on the PC do you see a red x or a yellow triangle down by the time on the PC?
