Netgear Nighthawk ax6 cax30 no wifi

I have had this router for about 6 months and it has been working fine. All of a sudden the wifi stopped working. I have unplugged and replugged everything back in and have also done the factory reset twice. After the reset, when trying to setup the router in the app it said it was unable to obtain the IP address. Internet works when I am hardwired in so I know if I call my internet provider they will say its an issue in my end.

    Is the front Wifi LED ON after you factory reset the modem and setup from scratch? 

    Press the wifi button on the front of the modem for 5 seconds to see if this changes anything.
