Netgear Nighthawk c7800 low upload speeds

Question

So I just recently noticed that my upload speeds on my c7800 modem router have been really low on my gaming consoles. Download speeds are what they have always been, but upload speeds have gone from the usual 10 mbps to 2.0-5.0 mbps. I am also having constant packet loss in games which is really frustrating. This used to not happen a couple of months ago so I have no idea what is going on. I have also tried port forwarding and that did nothing. The device is on the latest firmware and I have already contacted my ISP so that they can send a technician to come take a look at their wiring and stuff to see if that is the issue. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks.&nbsp;

What wired speeds do you get on a pc/laptop?&nbsp;
Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?&nbsp;

I cannot test wired speeds on a pc or laptop because I am using a macbook which doesnt have a ethernet port. I will attach the cable connections page and event log snips.&nbsp;

Your signal page actually looks pretty solid for the downstream. You don't have a pic of the upstream. But your logs are indicating a line issue.&nbsp;
check the line for kinks, damage, old/bad/loose/cheap/corroded connections and replace them if there are.&nbsp;
Remove any splitters, amplifiers, signal attenuators from the line.&nbsp;
Preferablly, move the modem to right where the coax comes into the home and connect there.&nbsp;
then try it.&nbsp;

So I went out and bought the Netgear Nighthawk CAX80 just to see if the C7800 was the problem. Nope still getting low upload speeds. So now I know that it is a problem with my ISP. Didn’t read this reply until just now. I checked the white coax cable that is connected from my modem to the outer box and it looks fine. I did notice that the black coax cable that is connected to the outer box that goes who knows where is a bit split open near the end of the cable. Would that be the line? Also I do not have any splitter, amplifiers, or any of that. Thanks.PS. I don’t know much about this stuff so forgive me for my confusing explanations.
