What is the brand and model# of the wifi adapter in this PC? - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz
Ethernet speeds to spec? - 800-900
Try a different wireless PC to compare? - my laptop is a Lenovo Legion gaming(specs attached) vs work Lenovo P1 Gen 3 (they both have the same wifi adapter (see attached photo) same distance same wifi adapter gaming is more spec'd out but idk

How is the wifi configured on the CAX? - not sure what you mean by configured but here's what i have for the following:
-AX enabled
-2.4GHz bgnax (chan 4) - up to 1200Mbps mode, 100% power transmit
-5GHz(only i'm on) - (chan 48) - up to 4800Mbps mode, 100% power transmit
Is Smart Connect enabled? - nope
Is the drivers for the wifi adapters up to date?
What are the speeds seen when Smart Connect is enabled?
How are the Advanced Wifi Settings configured on the modem?
