Netgear Support Does NOT Exist

I purchased a C3700 cable modem/router but cannot get it working.  When I goto Netgear's support website and complete all info I get a Fatal error when trying to get a support phone number.  Does anyone have their support phone number?

    So did anyone ever get a breathing body to talk to?  For the life of me I can't get a phone number.  I filed a warranty claim weeks ago and get a noreply email saying that if I don't contact them the case will be closed.  I've sent multiple replies from the "lack of" support website.

        Your message came and said that the device is registered under jholcombe@zypcoatings.com.  He is the owner of the company and I am acting on his behave regarding this warranty claim.  I'm his employee. Karl Williams at kwilliams@zypcoatings.com
