Netgear support wants the money only to Claim warranty!!

Anyone know how to claim warranty without phone call?

 

I need to have replace for my C6300 but they want to charge for live tech support.

They want to all the same steps I had already treid.

Tech support 'Gautam', He refuses my claim warranty without paying money.

Netgear, Their is no other way to claim warrany without paying tech support.

    Netgear's warranty is documented online here (link).  You can try filing a warranty claim by mail.  Their U.S. address is
