New AC1750 WiFi cable modem router not connecting to new Firestick
I have a new 4K Fire Stick but it will not connect to my router. First attempt says "error, try again". Retry stays locked in connecting mode. Anyone else having this issue?

Disable WPA on the modem temporarily. Try to connect your device. Does it connect at all? Then go back and set WPA2 and AES only on the modem. Try to connect the device again.
Is this the only device having problems connecting?
