New CM1000 and C7800 – Nighthawk X4S— new computer - how to install netgear genie

I got a new cable modem and router to cut the cord from the cable company low speed rental stuff.  Everything works fantastic, but as luck would have it, the computer I installed it on is now dying.  I installed using a PC (my wife's computer), and I use a Mac.  Before her PC dies I want to get the netgear genie and other control software on my iMac, but can't seem to figure out how to do that.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Thanks.
